A thoroughly enjoyable read. The report puts SEO strategy simply and provides detailed input when required. It’s great to see the two experts coming together to write the SEO book. The book starts off with a really interesting flashback that reminds us of the internet history and why SEO is important. It provides us with the reasons why different strategies exist in SEO. This book contains some very interesting and useful facts that both beginners and people at an advanced level in SEO can make use of.

The ‘Smart SEO’ book is like a dictionary of helpful facts and terms to help a wide range of audience improve website marketing. Authors have made some excellent analogies to help people understand the reasons and effects of SEO. The Smart SEO book provides useful insights into tools that are used by top SEO companies. They’ve made good use of images to help explain the content clearly especially the long tailed keywords section. I found the book to bind many of the key aspects of SEO that I have learned over many years. I was particularly interested in the copywrite and YouTube sections as I had not thought about how this content could be utilized for my websites.

Other interesting points include the outbound link section. There are some very handy tips hidden in the bullet points. You may need to read the book more times to capture some of the hidden gems. I have always wondered about the right way to title the images for uploading; this book is extremely helpful to my SEO strategies. When I first read the title "85 ways to find backlinks" I really was excited.

As most of my websites are Wordpress, I particularly liked the list of SEO tools in the book. It also provides a very handy list of web 2.0 websites (I had not even considered this SEO strategy). I have now bookmarked several of the tools and web page lists in this book to road map my efforts for next year. The book offers so many handy tools to play with depending on plans and stages of your website. If you are looking for direction and a good way to road map the next year ahead I would like you to take to time to read into the tools and tricks mentioned in the Smart SEO book. Probably my favorite part of the book is the 85 tips for backlinks. Great Job Yasir and Eric!

I enjoyed reading Smart SEO.  The book is written in a conversational first person style.  The writer seems to have a strong grasp of all aspects of Ecommerce.  As the reader, you are walked step by step through the process of setting up a successful Internet Marketing business. 

What sets this book apart is the in depth research which clearly went into it.  Each chapter is started with a bit of history about that particular topic.  

I found the insight brought to the subject matter very refreshing.  Too many books on this topic just rehash the same ideas.    Not this book..

Each chapter is full of resources, both free and paid.  You literally could start an IM business with nothing more than this book!

The book flows logically from the “History of SEO” to “How to monetize your site”

Working with many local businesses on SEO I was looking for an expert to help me turbo charge my clients’ rankings in all the search engines. I figured why not look for someone who has put themselves at the top of organic search. I came upon Quantum SEO labs. After a few discussions with them I quickly realized they were quite different than others I have worked with in the iMarketing field.

Yasir Khan & Eric Hammer's book "Smart SEO" covers very fittingly both SEO and internet marketing. While it is uncommon to find the one without the other, the combination is very well justified.

The first part on SEO starts from SEO history, runs to the present, and then gives you tools and directions to create a blueprint for implementing your own link building strategy. This is of course done using the methods that work today. Numerous link types, link building methods, and tools are covered. The very important concept of link velocity is also discussed in depth. I have personally read hundreds of articles regarding SEO, and I could still find new insights and value in this comprehensive presentation.

The second part of the book concentrates on internet marketing. Again, you will find a vast amount of different approaches and strategies explained. The approach is very pragmatic, as the book points you to many beneficial tools, which are sure to give you a considerable boost on your way towards increased online income.

I could easily see that I could have saved a ton of time if I had started out my own online endeavors by reading this book. It is an "all-in-one" solution, and I especially appreciate the fact that Eric and Yasir point you towards the most effective tools in different areas. Searching for the best tools yourself, with Google and in the forums, will take you countless hours of time, which you now can save. Therefore this investment will pay itself back in no time.

I have read this 155 Page SEO Book and to be 100% honest it's great. I personally feel that anybody who has an understanding or no understanding of SEO at all can truly benefit from this "GREAT SEO BOOK".

I was one of the lucky people to receive a copy of Smart SEO by Yasir Khan and Eric Hammer. All I can say is that this is one of the most comprehensive SEO reports I've seen so far. When you’re new to SEO, searching the internet for information on what to do is overwhelming and confusing.  This book explains it all.  All the questions I've been asking during my research are answered.  The book is clearly structured and easy to read and understand.  Had this book been around when I started with SEO, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. This is so freaking awesome. A new person is really going to get a strong understanding of what internet marketing is all about and what they need to do to start off right and strongly. Not only does the book talk about SEO services and how it actually works but it also goes into what an IM'er needs to do to make it a part of their marketing arsenal. On top of that you go into what is needed to get the lifeblood of the business...TRAFFIC... Also you talk about the different things to do with this information. At first I didn’t think I could finish reading the book because of the volume so I followed the content and skipped to the page where Keywords Tutorials Begin. The information was so rich that I had to go and start reading from page 1!

There are "TIPS" after every section which makes you know exactly what to do with the info within that section.

The part on backlinking was another BOMB! Everything I needed to know was made plain to me in simple, easy to understand English, including 85 sources of backlinks and so many free tools I’ve never seen before!

I consider the section on internet marketing as a Bonus because it was not in the bargain!...(thanks)

I really appreciated this report! It is comprehensive and yet easy to learn from. Finding what I need to know, such as setting up a squeeze page and getting traffic, takes seconds, as helpful subheadings are included in each chapter. This report is not only a useful guide, but a handy, thorough reference that readers, especially newbie IMers can turn to for answers to questions regarding getting started, finding the right niche, setting up websites and getting traffic.

There are also definitions of important terms, short concise how-to sections and even more important, resources such as links and websites. The authors seem to anticipate readers' questions and address those questions in a friendly manner in appropriate chapters. If I were starting my career in IM, this is the first report I'd turn to for help in mastering the basics of IM.

When I was given a copy of Smart SEO to review, to be honest, I was expecting to just read the normal stuff you hear about SEO--building links, ranking in Google, on-page factors, etc. However, this book goes far and beyond that. They suggested some things that I’d never heard.
